Spine Nexus Group evaluates spinal conditions only, including cervical, thoracic, lumbar, and lumbosacral disorders. Nexus letters for non-spinal conditions are not offered.

All cases require a paid case screening prior to acceptance. Screening determines whether a nexus opinion can be medically defended and does not guarantee acceptance or outcome.

Spine Nexus Group does not provide medical treatment, VA claims assistance, advocacy, or guaranteed results.

• A brief description of the in-service event, injury, or exposure
• Any prior VA decisions related to the condition, if applicable
